The EC120 B is mostly built from composite materials and has a fenestron (shrouded) tail rotor, making it a particularly quiet helicopter (FAA Appendix J flyover noise signature = 78.7 dB SEL, 6.7 dB SEL below Stage 2 limits). Certified to FAR 27 standards, the EC120 B also features crash-resistant seats and a crash-resistant fuel system.

Well maintained EC 120B with a good technical history. Corporate owned and operated. Delivered new to Eurocopter "dealer" in Sweden, thence sold through USA Eurocopter to aircraft's first corporate owner "DMP Leasing, LLC" in 2001. Operated by DMP Leasing in CA through 2007 for approximately 800 flight hours and then sold to General Plumbing Contrators, Inc. of Houston, Texas and corporatly owned/operated for approx 160 flight hours until traded to Flight Solutions, Inc. in 12/2009 for a EC AS350BA. Very clean low-time EC 120B with all of the options.
